NEW WAY puts a fleet of motorcycles with riders at your disposal and offers a high-level transport service on two wheels tailored to all your travel in Paris, the suburbs and Ile-de-France.
The client who wants to use NEW WAY services, can make a reservation by phone : +33 1 80 620 600 (local call rate) available day and night, 7 days a week (call center from 06:00 AM up to 10:00 PM then automatic voice mail from 10:00 PM up to 06:00 AM). The customer has to communicate the following information: his name, his mobile phone number, and the trip to be made.

The payment is carried out via a distance selling system or directly on board the motorcycle taxi. Cash, Credit Card / American Express terminals, available on-board.
A receipt will be issued immediately by your driver or sent to you within 48 hours by email.
NEW WAY offers the possibility to open a corporate account. In this situation, the billing is centralized and the client will receive an invoice every month. The payment time cannot exceed the legal duration within 30 days following the issue of the invoice.
NEW WAY offers the possibility to choose the amount of your subscription according to the needs of the client. These subscriptions are payable in advance and are valid for one year. The payment is made at signature of the contract by check or bank transfer.
Wait
To meet its commitments to the other clients, NEW WAY can commit to no more than 10 minutes wait without preliminary notification.
After 10 minutes wait, the driver can consider the trip as cancelled. In this situation, the trip will be charged in full.
For any delay, a penalty of 1 euro per minute will be charged beyond the tenth minute of wait.
In case of wait at the stations and airports, this wait is not charged. However, the invoicing of the wait starts as from 30 minutes after the arrival time of the flight or the train.
Delay of the Driver
In case of delay of the driver and except agreement between the customer and New Way, rate will be reduced by 10 % of the amount of the trip by period of ten minutes beyond the first twenty minutes within the limits of the trip rate, and except in case of force majeure.
Cancellation & Modification
The indicated rate is valid in the situation where there is no modification, cancellation, or delay of the customers.
Any trip modified less than two hours before the scheduled time include a surcharge of 15, 00€.
Any trip canceled less than two hours before the scheduled time is charged 50 % of the total amount.
Any trip canceled less than one hour before the scheduled time is charged in full.
Last Minute Reservation
In case of a last minute reservation (less than one hour before the planned time), New Way reserves the right to apply a surcharge of 15,00 €.
All rates for the New Way motorcycle service are in Euros (€), VAT at 7.00%.

New Way reserves the right to change in a discretionary way its price list). In this situation, the client will be informed of it at least seven days in advance in writing.
* Availabilities are geographically limited in Paris and its close suburbs, other destinations will be the object of a preliminary estimate.
NEW WAY undertakes to lead the passenger to destination as soon as possible and in optimal safety conditions.
On that score, the riding and the security of the vehicle belong to NEW WAY which respects the prescriptions of the traffic rules.
NEW WAY is guaranteed by a solvent insurance company which covers the risks bound connected to its activity according to the current legislation.
The passengers are covered in full for physical, material and immaterial injury which they could undergo as a result of a traffic accident and in a unlimited way, since the boarding on the vehicle until the descent, except the damages caused by their fault.
For safety reasons, smoking, transport of oil, explosive, corrosive or toxic substances are completely forbidden. The non compliance with this condition commits the responsibility of the client and of the passenger. New Way reserves the possibility of any possible appeals.
The transport of animals is not allowed except by specific agreement.
It is expressly advised that the delays over the deadlines of transport due to unexpected difficulties of traffic will engender no compensations of any kind (traffic jam, accident, detour, Weather conditions…)
A breakdown of the motorcycle which would not be due to any neglect and which would arise during the route to take care of passenger or during the route with the passenger will engender no compensations of any kind.
In case of degradation of the equipment or the vehicle because of the passenger, any repair or change of the equipment, whatever are the causes, would be charged to the client.
Any third-party damage as a result of a behavior of the passenger not in compliance with the elementary safety rules would be of the responsibility of the client.
New Way reserves the right to off-load the passenger of the vehicle if he or she does not respect safety instructions and this without any requirement to refund the trip.
New Way reserves the right not to realize or to propose its services whatever reason it is.
New Way reserves the right to subcontract its services with companies referenced by its care.
Any complaint is possible within 48 hours after the trip by registered letter with recorded delivery.
The present terms of use are subjected to the French Law.
Any dispute shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Evry.
Unless otherwise agreed written and accepted by NEW WAY, any reservation involves the agreement of the client in the present general terms of use.
